In addition the eighteen clubs of German Bundesliga will have have a budget of 72,8 million Euro for the upcoming season 2013/14. The German newsagency “dpa” asked the clubs for their budgets. On first place is still champion THW Kiel, but the gap to HSV Hamburg, winner of the Champions League, narrows. In comparision to last season, Kiel lost 500.000 Euro budget, over all the league lost 400.000 Euro in comparision to the season 2012/13. But the values are not officially, most of them are by own account of the clubs, others are estimated by “dpa”.
